FRAUDULENT
Scarecrow and Mrs. King HAS NOT been released on DVD! Any DVD's that are available now are PIRATED low quality copies. The people who sell them will set up a website, sell tell they get caught, take it down and then set up a new one. Also, if you read the fine print on their "money back guarantees" they are only guaranteed if you don't actually open the package. There are several phony businesses out there now. I ordered the DVD's for my mother not knowing that they were illegal. Remember, you are giving these people your credit card information...do you really want to do that?

I was just ripped off ($86) and now I am worried about my
credit card #. When will these DVD's be made available?

SMK
I would love to see it out on DVD. I've seen so many sites lately advertising it, and am horrified to learn they are all scams!! Please bring SMK on DVD

Why keep the fans waiting?
I don't understand why this series has not been officially released to DVD. People are such huge fans of this show that many have been willing to take a chance on an illegal copy just so they can relive the memories. This show was so cutely written and acted (especially by Kate Jackson). PLEASE release it so fans old and new can watch quality programming!

I purchased DVDs from a company. Not the best quality and obviously it has been taped from the TV and then put on DVD complete with miscues, but I didn't spend that much and I do enjoy seeing the episodes again. Wish they would come out with the REAL DVDs. There is a virtual series site where different authors have 'written' scripts for three years afterwards. Really interesting to read. Wish they would develop them into shows. "Lee" is so handsome, debonaire, a gentleman. Loved seeing their relationship develop.

Scarecrow: got dvds, watched, not good quality
My sister and mom got them for me for Christmas. Took forever to come in becuase they were dubbed off in China. Staticy and scratched up on some. Still like to watch them, but would love to have the real set on DVD (not homemade illegal copies).

This series must be on DVD
This series was awesome. I loved how impartially they portrayed the Cool War, Russians weren't that bad and US spies weren't that good. It was packed with action, romance and comedy. A top quality show appealing to all ages. Why didn't they want to make some money on them and please us hungry fans?
This series was the reason why I made my parents buy our first VCR ( otherwise I would have kept skipping classes just to watch this series) and the reason why I married a Russian boy when I was 22. ;-)

Scarecrow and Mrs. King
Wonderful movies. I purchased the entire series on DVDs only to find very poor quality with some of the movies omitted. I really hope that quality DVDs might be made available for fans.

My Favorite 80's Show
Just for the record - it's Kate Jackson, not Kate Smith. I LOVE this show! I bought the first season, and I'm waiting for the next three to become available.
#16 - Amanda Roberts - 06/22/2010 - 23:47
So does that mean that all 88 episodes are officially out on DVD, for real? I have heard so many different stories on that. Could someone give me a link where i could get the real ones. That would be great! Thanks! I LOVE THIS SHOW! My mom and dad used to watch it when they were growing up and they showed it to me and now I'm hooked! lol thanks again!
