TV Show Plot For Greatest American Hero

In the TV show Greates American Hero, school teacher Ralph Hinkley (William Katt) is given a superhero suit during an alien encounter in the desert while on a school field trip. Ralph loses the instruction manual for the suit, and comedy ensues as he attempts to learn to use the powers.

Other Greatest American Hero characters included: Ralph's lawyer girlfriend Pam Davidson (Connie Sellecca; and FBI agent Bill Maxwell (Robert Culp).

Forty episodes of Greatest American Hero aired on ABC from 1981 to 1983.

Greatest American Hero
I loved the theme song for this show. My twin sister, my cousin and I would sing it together for hours. Wish they would bring a few episodes back on TV.
