TV Show Plot For Franks Place
In Frank's Place Frank (Tim Reid) goes to New Orleans to sell the restaurant that belonged to his deceased father.
Other Frank's Place characters included: mortician Hanna Griffin who became romatically invloved with Frank; Bubba Weisberger, a white Jewish lawyer; Miss Marie, the mother figure to the group; lead waitress Anna-Maythe; and chef Big Arthur.
Although the series was critically acclaimed, only 22 episodes of Frank's Place aired on CBS from 1987 to 1988. The show was canceled after one season.
