TV Show Plot For Cheers

Cheers was a long-running sitcom produced by Charles-Burrows-Charles Productions in association with Paramount Television for NBC.

The show was set in Cheers bar in Boston, Massachusetts, where a group of locals met to drink and have fun.

Cheers premiered on September 30, 1982, and eventually became a highly rated television show for NBC. Cheers ranked in the top-ten during eight of its eleven seasons. The show earned 26 Emmy Awards, out of a total of 117 nominations.
