Plot

As a kid, Allen Bauer (played by Tom Hanks) was saved from drowning by what he believed was a mermaid in the movie Splash.

Fast-forward years later and history repeats itself when Bauer falls into the sea again and is rescued by Madison, a mermaid (played by Daryl Hannah). He immediately falls in love with her but is unaware that she isn’t all human in the movie Splash.
