Plot

In The Burbs, Ray Peterson is a regular guy with a regular job, who lives in a regular suburb in North America. After some planning, he decides that he wants to spend a week at home, disconnected from the world and walking in his pajamas.

However, The Burbs becomes interesting when Ray notices that strange things happen at a neighbor’s house. No one has seen the Kopleks and wild sounds come from their basement during the night. Suddenly, his easy going week transforms into a nightmare.
