Plot

Accidental Tourist begins with the assassination of the son of Macon Leary, a travel writer. Due to the grief that both he and his wife are suffering, their relationship is compromised. In order to stabilize their lives, they decide to separate for a while.

The turn in the plot of Accidental Tourist comes when, almost on the brink of becoming a hermit, Leary decides to return to his parentsí house. There, he meets a girl that places him in a difficult position. Should he return to his old life with his wife or start a new one with his new acquaintance?
