Gary Wright -He appeared on television at the age of seven. He would later move to Europe as a student of psychology. In the late 1960s, Wright joined the band Spooky Tooth as keyboardist and vocalist. After the band’s demise in the early 1970s, Wright launched a solo career that would culminate with the release of “Dream Weaver.”... Duran Duran -Duran Duran released their self-titled debut on June 15, 1981. The band broke ground upon filming some early, primitive music videos. The single, “Planet Earth,” reached number 12 in the UK, and it was followed up with, “Careless Memories” which only reached number 39....
