Dino -It was in Las Vegas where Dino began to pursue his interest in music. He studied music, eventually earning a Bachelor’s Degree, at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He shortly after scored a job as a radio DJ on the college radio station, where he was given his own morning show called Urban Sunrise. He eventually became the music director of KCE... Kajagoogoo -The band was founded as “Art Nouveau” in the year 1979. The line up at this time included bassist Nick Beggs, guitarist Steve Askew, keyboardist Stuart Croxford Neale, and drummer Jez Strode. In 1981, they would audition lead singers, finally selecting Christopher Hamill.... Earth Wind & Fire -Earth Wind & Fire released their first album of the 1980s in 1980. By this time they already have endured some commercial success. Their 1980 album, Faces was a number 10 pop album. Faces didn’t contain any notable top 50 singles, but it led up to one of their most famous singles.... |
