KlymaxxLyrics I Miss You

Klymaxx caught the eye of Solar Records in 1981, where they released their debut album, Never Underestimate the Power of a Woman. Although it yielded no major hits, the band moved on to produce another album, Girls Will Be Girls, which featured the song “Wild Girls.”

In 1983 Klymaxx moved to Constellation Records where they released their third album, Meeting in the Ladies Room. The album featured the 1985 smash, “I Miss You,” which would make its way to number three on the Billboard Hot 100. Also on the album, “The Men All Pause,” and “Meeting in The Ladies Room” would also prove to be minor hits.

In 1987, Klymaxx’s “Man Sized Love” from their self-titled album would appear in the movie Running Scared. They also found success with the ballad, “I’d Still Say Yes.” However, by 1989 the band had lost three of its original members. They attempted to return in 1990, but the album, Maxx is Back would give way to only minor hits.
