Eric Carmen Artist Bio and LyricsEric Carmen was born on August 11, 1949 in Cleveland Ohio. He began playing music at an early age and rose to release a few popular singles in the 1970s and 1980s.
Eric Carmen’s debut was released in 1975. The self-titled album rose up to number 21 on the Billboard pop album charts. The single, “All By Myself,” peaked at number 2 on the pop charts that year. The album also included a cover of the Drifters’ “On Broadway.” Eric Carmen released his first album of the 1980s in 1980. The album was titled, Tonight You’re Mine. Singles from the album included, “It Hurts Too Much,” “All For Love,” and “Foolin’ Myself.” In 1984 Eric Carmen released another self-titled album. Songs from the album included, “I’m Through With Love,” “Maybe My Baby,” and “Spotlight.” |
