Eddy Grant’s first album of the 1980s came in 1980 with, Love in Exile. In 1981 he also released a live album, Live at Notting Hill. Later in 1981 he released Can’t Get Enough.

In 1984, Eddy Grant released the album, Going for Broke. The album contained songs like, “Boys in the Street,” and “Rock You Good.” In 1986 he released Born Tuff. This album featured songs like, “Dance Party,” and “Baby Come Back.”

Eddy Grant’s last album of the 1980s was in 1988, File Under Rock. Some songs featured on the album were “Win Or Lose,” and “Another Riot.”
